About this project
A demanding slab casting project in Mushroom Estate, Ruaka, surrounded by completed high-value homes. The project covered suspended slab rebar assembly, timber formwork construction, and a continuous concrete pour using our on-site drum mixer paired with a material hoist to deliver concrete to upper floors efficiently. Our team managed material delivery and mixing in a tight estate plot with minimal disturbance to neighbouring properties. The finished slab supports a three-storey residential development.
